2nd October 2009 / Safe Europe

On Wednesday 30th September 2009 conference called “Safety Europe” took place in Hradec Kralove. One part of the conference was a lecture and second part was a presentation of core integrated system of Kralovehradecky kraj.

A big project of the Ministry of the Interior was introduced to the public. Its aim is to build Academy of Fire-brigade which will be located in Hradec Kralove (it should be opened by year 2013) and will provide the training not only to the fire-fighters itself but also to rescuers and policemen.
As was already mentioned the presentation of core integrated system was presented to the public. Fire-fighters, rescuers and policemen have prepared static as well as dynamic show of their work. Interesting was cooperation with Air Rescue Service of Hradec Kralove and the Fire-brigade who were presenting rescuing of person from the top of the building by being suspended below the helicopter. Another interesting show was collective rescue of core integrated system while saving people from crashed vehicle.

Historic and current fire-brigade's vehicles could also be seen as well as special vehicle called Bober which is used for rescuing in mountains or special water tank used while extinguishing forest fires and much more.
