14th September 2009 / Training of rescuers in Ústí nad Labem
Close to the lake Milada which is located on the north-west side of Czech Republic in Ústí nad Labem was carried the training of personnel who are suspended below the helicopter. The training was carried under the supervision of Mr. Pavel Špilka who was the head of the training. The aim of the training was to train a group of rescuers for cooperation with the pilot of the helicopter while rescuing with help of the rope and special hooks attached to the underside of the helicopter above water level. Helicopter EC-135T2, registration number OK-DSB, was used for the training together with support equipment of water rescue service Ústí nad Labem and Liberec, rope equipment of fire brigade of Czech Republic and rescue service Ústí nad Labem and equipment used at the heliport of air rescue service Ústí nad Labem.
