13th November 2009 / Visit of President of Liberecký kraj

On Wednesday 11th November 2009 President of the Region Mr. Stanislav Eichler, Counsellor for Health Mr. Pavel Novák and Director of Medical rescue service of Liberecký kraj Mr. Michal Havlíček has visited our base in Liberec. After short introduction of the facilities and work of the crew of Air Rescue Service the President of the Region was carried under the helicopter EC 135 T2, registration number OK-DSC, together with the medical rescuer on the hangar roof for simulated treatment. After he has landed he was not only admiring the job of the rescuer and her courage but also a great job of the pilot Daniel Tuček who is also Deputy of the Chairman of company DSA a.s. Mr. Tucek has also informed about the fact that the helicopter flies from 400 to 450 flight hours a year which represents accordingly 6 rescue flights a day.
