Liming of forests against land acidity

DSA a.s. uses its helicopter AS 350, registration No. OK-DSW for liming of forests in Bartosovice, Orlicke hory. The helicopters performs about 90 flights a day when one return together with granary exchange takes 2 – 3 minutes. There is about 850 kg of limestone in the granary which is mounted from the bottom of  the helicopter, the load has about 1100 kg together with the weight of granary. Once the work is done there will be about 150 ha of forest limed.
